The course covers administrative contracts (and their relationship to other contracts) and administrative justice law.

The course covers Criminal Procedure in Qatar (pretrial and trial) and key aspects of Islamic Criminal Law (e.g., “Hudood”; legal conditions for application of Shari’a, Qisas, forgiveness; Diyya; and legal penalty v. Shari’a-based penalty).

The course covers civil actions, civil and commercial procedural law, and Arabic Language and Literature.

Covers four topics: Personal and Family Status for Muslims; Personal and Family Status for Non-Muslims (and dealing with Conflict of Laws); Nationality; Labor Law
